HISTORY OF MALLICK TOWER

If these walls could talk…

Mallick Tower has been an amazing space four our staff and clients for many years.

Mallick Tower has seen a lot. Built in 1968, Mallick Tower was the first highrise in downtown Fort Worth west of Henderson Street.

The high rise tower was first conceived and built by George A. Mallick, Jr. and it is said to have had an extravaggant grand opening with a helicopter entrance by Jim Wright.

Located on the corner of 5th Street and Summit Avenue, Mallick Tower boasts over 90,000 SF of renovate Class B office space. The property offers panoramic views of the Fort Worth skyline and is located on the western edge of downtown, equidistant between the heart of the CBD and the West 7th developments.

Mallick Tower has been a part of Fort Worth’s history since 1968. The building survived the tornado of 2000 but the building sustained near complete damage of the south and west facing sides of the building and sustained a large amount of internal water and wind damage.

The building was completely renovated in 2001, and again in 2009 which included upgraded landscaping, renovated

restrooms, common areas and the lobby. Additional on-site amenities include a shared tenant conference

center, deli, covered and reserved parking and security.
