Attorney Bob Leonard Jr. (Robert W. Leonard, Jr.) is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, a claim that fewer than one-percent of Texas lawyers can make. Bob has been serving citizens since the 1980s when he was an elected State Representative for western Tarrant County.
Marty B. Leewright (Martin B. Leewright) has extensive experience in Dispute Resolution, Mediation, Arbitration, Litigation, Negotiation, and Settlement. Marty was appointed by the Texas Supreme Court Chief Justice to serve on the Task Force authoring new Rules of Procedure for 800+ Texas Justice Courts (adopted in 2013) and was honored by the Texas Supreme Court in for “Serving with Distinction” and also received a Special Award from the Texas Justice Court Judges Association in 2015 for training and service to that Association. Marty has received other awards for “Professionalism”, as a “Humanitarian”, for “Exemplary Service”, etc. He served during two tours of combat, held a Top Secret U. S. Security Clearance, received multiple medals and was honorably discharged.

Associate Attorney Kelsey McGlothin is a strong advocate for our family law clients, offering high-quality representation in divorce, adoption, child custody and modification cases. Kelsey is committed to providing outstanding client service and to offering excellence in representation.
During her time in law school, Kelsey worked with the Texas A&M University (TAMU) Family and Veteran’s Advocacy Clinic where she assisted victims of domestic violence and offered legal services on a volunteer basis.

Brady’s time with the Bob Leonard Law Group is spent assisting probate, guardianship and estate planning clients in achieving their legal goals. He is a tremendous asset to the firm with his belief in making the complexity of the legal process both simple and efficient. He offers extremely high quality customer service, excellence in work product and consistent and accurate communication.
While in law school at Texas A&M University School of Law, Brady served the community through the TAMU Wills and Estate Clinic. In this role, he provided estate planning documents for senior citizens. He also served clients as a volunteer for the Texas Public Probate Administrator.
In addition to service provided to our clients, Brady serves the community through Graceview Baptist Church in Burleson, Texas.
