Post Nuptial Agreements:

Adoption:

Whether it is a family placement, a step-parent adoption, adoption with a termination or other type of adoption, you need an adoption attorney who knows the law and can ensure that your adoption is done properly so that there are no issues later on.

Divorce:

From a simple uncontested divorce to a high asset, complex divorce or a divorce with child custody complications, your divorce attorney will protect your property and your children.  Although there are “DIY” divorce forms available, it is important to hire an attorney to make certain that your final order is accurate and enforceable.

Child Custody

Protecting your children is your priority and it is our priority as well. When children are involved it is especially critical to review every issue carefully and formulate an order that is both workable and enforceable. Although we hope it never happens, if there are later disagreements, it is important that the final order is clearly written and offers all possible protection for your children.  If your case involves children, it is even more important to hire an expert child custody attorney to protect your

Enforcement:

Sometimes the other party will not follow the order. Sometimes he/she: a) won’t pay child support; b) won’t let you see your children; c) won’t give you insurance information; d) won’t return the children to you; e) won't sign the passport paperwork. When this happens, you need a skilled attorney to prepare, file and litigate an enforcement of your order.

Modification:

Despite best efforts a divorce decree or modification (SAPCR) order may not be workable. Parties can agree on change or one party may need to pursue court action to make a change. In either case, a child custody specialist will work to achieve your goals.
