Executive Assistant – Probate and Family Law, Mary Hartin, is accessible and available to provide answers and guidance as clients navigate through the Probate process or Family Law cases. She is organized, capable, and willing to assist each client in order to make their legal experience the best it can be, especially during very difficult situations. Mary knows how important good communication can be and is dedicated to client satisfaction.
Client Relations Specialist, Mary DeNuccio is the first team member you will meet when you call or visit our firm. Mary has over twenty-eight years of legal experience including client relations. She has built a very positive and respected reputation within the legal community, as well as our community at large. Mary will always be focused on making sure your experience with our firm is satisfactory.
Probate and Estate Planing Intern, Brady Odom is a third year law student at Texas A&M University (TAMU) School of Law. His practice focus is on estate planning and probate law, where it is his goal to become board certified. In addition to the service provided to our clients, Brady serves the community through the TAMU Wills and Estate Clinic. In this role, he provides estate planning documents for senior citizens who might otherwise be unable to afford them.
Family Law Intern, Kelsey McGlothin is a third year law student at Texas A&M University (TAMU) School of Law. She has spent her educational career focusing on family law. Outside of helping our clients, Kelsey has worked with the TAMU Family and Veteran’s Advocacy Clinic where she has helped low-income victims of domestic violence receive legal services that they might otherwise be unable to obtain.
