Criminal Law

Like the name suggests, criminal law governs crimes where the prosecutor has the burden of proof, beyond a reasonable doubt. Bob Leonard and Judith Van Hoof have the experience and qualifications necessary to defend you in court.

Misdemeanors

DWI

With a blood alcohol level above .08, you will be arrested for driving while intoxicated (DWI). It is also possible to be arrested with a lower level or even it you refuse to take the test. This is a very serious charge. You may even face jail time—especially if you are a repeat offender. No lawyer can promise to get you off. The best outcome would be to get the charges dismissed, or barring that, try to get the sentence reduced. What I can tell you is that your chances of receiving a lesser punishment are usually better if you retain the services of an attorney.

Occupational Licenses

This is a restricted drivers license that enables you to drive to work and to carry out critical household tasks when your license has been suspended.
